Yoga Teacher Certified YOGA SIROMANI Jennifer began practicing Yoga because it was a source of serenity in a chaotic world. Jennifer has been a devoted practitioner of Yoga for over six years and continues her journey of learning and is proud to share her knowledge as an instuctor. The practice of Yoga has helped Jennifer on all levels—mental, emotional, physical and spiritual. The discipline has brought her a growing freedom from obsession with people, places and things and a greater focus on looking in the mirror for the source of all that is. Jennifer’s favourite saying is “Be where your feet are.” If I have regrets over yesterday or am worrying about tomorrow I am not here right now, in the moment, which is really all there is. Yoga will always be part of Jennifer’s life as it helps her to accomplish this on a daily basis.
