Rebecca is a dog-mom; nature-lover; foodie, tortured author; hopeless pianist; world-traveler; and surfer wannabe. Growing up she played many sports, but cycling and martial arts were her passions. An early diagnosis of cancer and a car accident shifted her focus from fitness to overall health, healing and wellbeing. Today, she finds great joy in helping men and women build powerful bodies and beautiful lives.
