Yang + Yin

The beauty of Yang + Yin yoga is the variety! These classes keep you moving as you flow continuously through strong sequences of Sun Salutations, sitting postures, and standing poses. Emphasis is placed on linking breath with movement and working to build strength and endurance as you push the edge of your balance and flexibility. Finish with blissful yin postures and final relaxation.

Gentle Flow

This style of yoga is geared specifically towards those new to yoga or those who are interested in a more gentle practice. This class incorporates slower-paced movements while exploring alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. 

Hot Flow

A dynamic sequence of postures that synchronizes your breath with movement in order to build strength, balance, and flexibility in a heated 32C room. Expect to sweat!

Healing Yin

This class will give you the peace and comfort to get in touch with your inner self. This practice consists of passive postures being held for longer periods which allows us to let go of tension: physically, emotionally, and psychologically. You will leave feeling more open and calm. 

Yin + Restorative

This class will help you build a bridge between your mind and your body and provide you with postures and techniques for supporting a comfortable condition and a peaceful mindset. Allow this class to help you unlearn stressful habits and foster gentleness in its stead.

Forrest Yoga

Forrest Yoga is a powerful style of hatha yoga. It is incredibly healing. It has combined a rich tapestry of yoga practices. And it heals its practitioners by addressing their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. we will practice in a heated 32 C room. Expect to sweat! 

 

New to Yoga?

What to Bring

  • Comfortable clothing that will allow you to move easily
  • A yoga mat
  • A bottle of water
  • A willing attitude!

 

Studio Etiquette

  • Please arrive at class 10-15 minutes prior to the start time
  • Take shoes off at the studio entrance
  • Turn off mobile phones
  • No food or liquids in the studio other than bottled water
  • Do not wear cologne or perfume since some people may be allergic and others may not appreciate the scent
  • Please let the instructor know about any physical issues and preferences
  • Be respectful to the instructor, the class, and to yourself
